We all need help sometimes, be it a Functional or Technical user, be it to identify what the standard screen is used for, or to understand the functionality of the application or for a specific topic. While this is easy on the JDA SCE client, as all you have to do is click on the Help Tab and select one of the options shown below:
From here you can open contents, to see details of each topic and subtopics.
But what if you’re working on Portal using version JDA 2017+. How do we access web content from there?
It’s simple, enter the following address in your browser:
http://<hostname>:<port>/web/help/index.htm
This will open the web page for OnLine help for Portal Server.
